Hey :3 do you guys know of any good photo editing programs that are free? MY computer is a PC- a Dell and it won't support even the trial run for Adobe Photoshop. I really want to do some graphic design and photo manipulation but, I can't seem to find what I am looking for.

Especially when it comes to my art. I don't feel good enough. I always feel sad and insecure. Everything about me makes me self conscious. I'm not a good artist. Or pretty or smart or talented.
I feel so alone.
